A token launch is a print run. OpenPerps adds a second plate. The identity is built on that idea: two plates that start out of register and align when a market goes live.
The wordmark is set in Archivo ExtraCondensed Black and outlined. The O is drawn by hand: a stadium matched to the font’s stem weight, split at the midline into two plates. The upper plate shifts right, the lower plate shifts left, each by 48 font units.
The offset is the logo. Keep it in every static use. The aligned O belongs to the product: it appears only when a market is Live.
Keep the height of the split O’s upper plate clear on every side.
Wordmark 88 px wide on screen, 22 mm in print. Below that, use the app icon.
Align the plates in static use, swap plate colours, add gradients or shadows, outline the letters or retype the wordmark.
Long and short are always labelled (▲ Long, ▼ Short). Plate colours reinforce side; they never carry it alone. Semantic states in product UI use the state chip, not the brand plates.

With reduced motion, every element renders in its final, aligned state. No countdowns and no looping urgency cues.
Say “planned” for undeployed chains and “prospective” for unconfirmed partners. Never promise instant perps for every token or guaranteed liquidity.
